Here is a classic Cyclops version, as usual i used Max for the base meshes, the rest was done in Zbrush, quick polypainting for the colored version.

My last work, i used Zbrush for the head sculpting, for create normal maps, and for paint all others maps with Zapplink, also for sculpt the lillte badge on hat.

Render in Max with Vray 1.49.03
